Specificité: Reacts only with Human tPA. No reactivity with human high molecular weight urokinase. Identity established by double diffusion with tPA isolated from human uterine tissue human and CHO derived recombinant tPA. No other proteins so far tested showed greater than 1 cross reaction.

Indications d'application: Activity inhibition characterisation especially coupled with fibrin autography and RIA. Immunoprecipitation, immunocytochemistry using frozen sections, Western Immunoblotting, ELISA, fluorescence activated cell sorting. NOT tested in paraffin fixed sections. Titre: 1/100 to 1/10000 depending on the application.
